Computer-aided inhibitor design
My research interests are in the areas of molecular simulation of enzyme catalytic reactions and the development of viral enzyme inhibitors using computer-aided drug design methods. Primary techniques employed in these simulations include combined quantum mechanical and molecular mechanical (QM/MM) simulation, ligand binding, homology modeling and quantitative structure-activity relationship (QSAR) analysis.
