Mr. Tighe had a forty-year career in hospital and health systems management in New York, Maine and Maryland before joining the TU faculty in 2008, upon his retirement from active organizational management, in order to supervise last semester senior HCMN majors in their internship placements.
During his career, Mr. Tighe served his professional organization, the American College of Healthcare Executives, as a Regent for both Maine and Maryland and a member of its Board of Governors.
