Flexible Sidebar Block Callout Snippet

The Flexible Sidebar Block Callout provides a way to add a photo, hyperlink, a title and 4-5 lines of text.

This is a DIY snippet. You can add it to your pages without assistance from Digital Strategy. Make sure to follow all standards outlined in this guide.

This snippet should only be used in the Right Sidebar.

 

Required Fields

  • image: optional, use code -sq
  • title: required
  • text: required
  • link: optional, displayed text is editable

When to Use It

Use the Flexible Sidebar Block Callout when a photo is needed when calling out events or links to more descriptive webpages.

When to Use Something Else

Use the Flexible Bordered Sidebar Block Callout if you require a callout but do not need a photo.

Other Guidance

  • limit the number of design snippets in the right column region to three
  • use only one of each type of right column snippet on a page
  • right column snippets display on the right side of the web page in desktop view, but in mobile they display below the main content region
