Exceptions to Refund Policy

(Pertains to all refunds and refund policies) Exceptions to the refund policy may be made based on documentation of extraordinary circumstances, including illness, injury, hospitalization and impairments to mental health and wellness. Appropriate documentation of extenuating circumstances may include medical records, letter from the health care provider or other relevant documentation. All information and documentation related to a student’s financial appeal for a withdrawal will be kept confidential. Request for exemptions due to extraordinary circumstances should be submitted immediately; however, no requests will be considered 30 days beyond the term in question.

To apply for an exception you will need to submit a brief written statement of explanation and documentation (if appropriate) to:
