Glen Complex

Occupancy

The Glen Complex

Tower D will be offline for renovations for the 2024-2025 academic year.

The Glen Complex consists of four high-rise residence halls and a dining facility. All student bedrooms are suite style (two bedrooms with a bathroom in the middle; students in these rooms are responsible for cleaning the bathroom). Rooms are traditionally for 2 students. The complex houses anywhere from 380—450 students per building, and is for incoming first-year students and under-class students who are eligible to live on-campus.

Each room includes the following:

  • curtains, microfridge and an AC/heating unit
  • bedrooms are furnished with a twin extra-long bed and desk/chair for each student in the room (there are two built-in closets and two dressers; closets do not have doors)
  • utilities included in the room rate are cable, internet, and electric heat/AC

These buildings provide:

  • a large laundry room
  • main lobby lounge and meeting/study rooms located on the main and lower levels
  • community kitchen in each building
  • common area rooms on each floor

The Glen Complex is staffed by residence life coordinators and resident assistants. These buildings are secured twenty-four hours a day with a card access system used by students to gain entry to the building and elevators, as well as a front desk that is staffed 24/7 with either community center staff or security guards.

Tower C 3 Person Rooms (TC3)

TC3 is a living option where a double room has been permanently tripled for the academic year. Students that select to live in this option will receive a 20% discount off the standard multiple housing rate.

are you Living in TC3?

As you prepare to live in a Tower C 3 Person room we want you to consider some information below.

Call and talk to your future roommates prior to arriving on campus:

  • Open the lines of communication with your new roommates.
  • Discuss items you intend to bring with you and are willing to share.
  • Establish sleeping arrangements (2 of the 3 beds are bunked).
    • Keep in mind that regardless of who arrives first, the space allocation is as follows: Single bed: ½ closet, ½ dresser & storage under the bed; Top Bunk: entire closet and ½ dresser; Bottom Bunk: ½ closet, entire dresser & storage under bed.
  • Discuss your likes and dislikes with each other.
