Staff Listing Examples
There are two ways to present content on a staff listing page. You can use a two-column table to present basic contact information or add a contact list callout to include a photo and more details about each staff member.
Staff Listing with Table
The first option is to use the Staff Listing Table, which presents very brief contact information — name, title, email and/or phone — in a simple two column table. Use this option if you need to display just the essential information. Note: Staff can be broken out into organizational units by using an H3 header and a table for each individual group.

Even Paragraph Spacing in a Table
Spacing it Out Correctly
Do this to get line spacing even within cells:
- first add a character space at the end of the line of text
- then add a hard return (after the character space) to add a paragraph break
- backspace that new line so that it is on the same line as the previous (being sure to leave the character space)
- lastly add a soft return (shift + enter) at the end of the line (after the character space)
Staff Listing with the Contact List Callout
The second option is to list staff using the Contact List Callout. With this callout you can add name, pronouns, title, phone, email and brief text (no more than a few sentences). There is also an option to add a photo (use image code -sq). The photo field comes with a default square tigertooth pattern that can be replaced or deleted.
