Tigers Lead
Tigers Lead is a certificate leadership development program that guides students in discovering themselves as a leader through interactive workshops, hands-on experiences, and community building.
Tigers Lead is completed in three phases, over the course of multiple semesters, to ensure participants have the ability to delve into various aspects of leadership. Each phase of the program offers active and engaged learning, community building activities, and a certificate at the completion of the semester.
As a result of participating in Tigers Lead, students will be able to:
demonstrate their ability to implement community change, articulate the methods, practices, and skills needed to engage in a lifetime of leadership
development, and compose a comprehensive list of experiences that give them a competitive edge in the
post-graduate marketplace.
