Global Village is a community for both international and domestic students attending Towson University. Students living in this community will have the opportunity to connect with students from different cultures and countries in a variety of ways, including international and domestic roommate pairing, annual events, and programming. This community is in partnership with the International Student & Scholar Office (ISSO) and Housing & Residence Life.
The community is open to incoming and returning students.
No, Global Village is open to all students that meet the eligibility requirements. We do our best to pair International and Domestic students together as roommates in Global Village.

The community will have three Resident Assistants, multiple Liaisons and Role Models, and an International Student Scholar Office (ISSO) Graduate Student. Additionally, there will be support from the International Student Scholar Office, the International Student Association, and Housing & Residence Life.
All medical accommodation requests are managed through Accessibility & Disability Services.
Student rooms are suite style, (i.e., two double rooms sharing a bath).
International Housing has existed at Towson University since prior to 1997. In 2010 the name was changed to Global Village. In Fall 2018 Global Village moved to Residence Tower.
